SoCal Halal® was established 20 years ago as a catering company specializing in Afghan food to serve the Muslim community in Southern California. From Los Angeles to Riverside counties, we catered to thousands of Muslims and their friends at universities and masjids.
Throughout the years, our founder also visited many halal restaurants across Southern California for “research”. He eventually decided to merge his knowledge of halal food and restaurants with his love for photography.
Fast forward to present day and SoCal Halal® has shared well over 100 halal restaurants, food trucks, and vendors with the Muslim community and halal food lovers in Southern California. With the growing population of Muslims and halal restaurants in Southern California and the US, we feel our work has just began.
We’ve put a lot of effort in building SoCal Halal® and have become a leading source for halal restaurants. We are thankful to Allah subhanahu wa ta’ala for giving us the opportunity to serve the Ummah as well as doing something we enjoy immensely.
